Vitruvian Health conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in accordance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). This assessment helps the hospital identify the community’s most significant health needs by combining quantitative health data with input from individuals who represent the broad interests of the community.

The information in this report is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date of Board approval. In compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and Internal Revenue Code 501(r), the assessment is updated every three years.
