Our culinary chef and staff prepare flavorful cuisine using only the freshest ingredients to create a broad selection of entrees and side dishes you wouldn’t normally expect to find in a traditional hospital cafeteria. But this is not a traditional hospital cafeteria!

Relax in our comfortable, casual dining hall, or revive your spirit on our bistro-style patio, where you can sit and listen to the gentle sounds of the flowing wall fountain. Great food, fresh air, affordable prices in a casual atmosphere – take a much-needed break with us.

SHAW BISTRO – Starbucks (inside Peeple Cancer Institute)

Hamilton’s Shaw Bistro features Starbucks coffee, light meals, and snacks. The Bistro is located inside Peeples Cancer Insitute and is open Monday through Friday, 7 AM-3 PM. Visitors to Hamilton Medical Center may access the Bistro by walking across the Ambassador Plaza between the main entrance and Peeples Cancer Institute. Click here to see the menu!

Full Menu Dinner • 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm

Limited Menu Late Night Meal • 10:30 pm – 12:30 am

We close briefly during the hours not listed above to prepare fresh menu items for the next meal.

*Occasionally, our Limited Menu hours are subject to change due to hospital meetings or functions that cannot be scheduled at other times. Please check with the food services staff if you have questions about dining hours during your visit.
