Hamilton Hospice provides care for life’s remaining precious moments and, in turn, bringing quality to life. By addressing the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the patient, as well as those of the family, hospice strives to care for the whole person. Through this approach, hospice helps the terminally ill focus on living the remainder of their lives as fully as possible.
