Cardiac Rehab (Phase II) at Bradley Wellness Center is a 12-week medically supervised program for the recovering cardiac patient. It is the next phase in feeling healthier and returning to a full and productive life.
Cardiac Rehab (Phase I) begins with an inpatient visit from a cardiac rehab nurse who will meet with each patient while they are in the hospital after a heart event. The nurse will explain about Cardiac Rehab Phase II and will answer any questions the patient or family member may have. Educational material will be provided to each patient
