Referral Incentive

Vitruvian Health is in need of experienced associates!

To assist in recruitment efforts, a referral bonus is offered to current employees who are instrumental in referring such individuals for employment.

To refer a potential associate, please complete the form below.
You are eligible for the Referral Award only when you refer an external candidate and only if you are employed when the award becomes due.
If the candidate you refer is hired and remains in a full or part-time capacity, you will receive the applicable award in accordance with the Vitruvian Associate Referral Program policy available on the intranet. Payments under this program are gross earnings and are subject to required tax withholdings.
Please review the policy for applicable referral exclusions in accordance with the Vitruvian Associate Referral Program policy available on the intranet.
Only one Referral Award can be given per candidate. If more than one employee refers a candidate, the individual first making a referral will be considered eligible for the award.
