In appreciation for the service provided by veterans, Hamilton Medical Center (HMC) will offer discounts on Friday, Nov. 10 to those who’ve served in the U.S. military. Veteran’s Day is Nov. 11.

 

When veterans present their military identification, they will receive a free meal at lunch or dinner in the HMC dining hall on Friday, Nov. 10. Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner will be served from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.

 

“This is a small way we can say ‘thank you’ to the men and women who have protected our families, our country and our freedom,” said Ryan Miller, Food Services director.

 

Veterans will also receive a 20 percent discount in the HMC gift shop on Nov. 10 and a 10 percent discount on all other days.

 

Gift Shop hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday; and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
