What is the Paxman Scalp Cooling System?

The PAXMAN Scalp Cooling System is an innovative technology being offered at Peeples Cancer Institute that greatly reduces or prevents hair loss for patients undergoing chemotherapy. At a time when everything feels out of control, scalp cooling offers patients hope and keeps them feeling more like themselves. When a patient has hope, they have the power to persevere and overcome many of the challenges they face with cancer.

How does my donation help?

The costs associated with the Paxman scalp cooling services include a single-patient-use cap and a series of treatment sessions. Since the Paxman services are not covered by most insurances, the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation is strongly committed to helping fund this life-changing technology for patients at Peeples Cancer Institute, regardless of their ability to pay.

• Make a one-time gift for Paxman Hair Loss Prevention.

• Join the Hamilton Business Alliance, Whitfield Healthcare Foundation’s business partnership program, by pledging a gift designated for Paxman Hair Loss Prevention services. Hamilton Business Alliance pledges may be paid over a five-year period.
