The Vitruvian Health Board plays a vital role in the governance and strategic direction of Vitruvian Health. Composed of dedicated community leaders and healthcare professionals, the board provides oversight, ensures financial and operational stability, and supports initiatives that enhance care. By making informed decisions that reflect the needs of the community, the Vitruvian Health Board helps guide the growth and development of services that improve health outcomes across the region.
Vitruvian Health is the not-for-profit, tax-exempt parent corporation for Hamilton Medical Center and other affiliates. The System Board of Trustees appoints board members and approves operating and capital expenditure budgets for affiliates.
