Hamilton Medical Center (HMC) will hold a free stroke event on Wednesday, May 23 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Dalton-Whitfield Senior Center, 302 Cappes St., in Dalton.

 

Juan Gonzalez, MD, of Hamilton Physician Group – Neurology, will provide education on stroke, a leading cause of serious, long-term disability and death. This event is designed to help people identify their risk for stroke.

 

Light refreshments will be served.
