Tokiko Massingill, a resident at Regency Park Health and Rehabilitation, turned 100 on March 31. She has been at the facility since 2015.
“Her winning smile has brightened our facility for more than six years,” said Jeremy Gravell, administrator.
Over the last several years, Massingill has enjoyed exercise, bingo, vintage sitcoms, piano music and special events.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, she met her husband when he was in the military and stationed there. They later settled in the U.S., and she achieved her goal of becoming a citizen.
She retired at age 75 from the Great American Cookie Company, after serving as a baker.
