Dr. Megan Brown is a very caring person, and listens to your concerns about things.

Prior communications w/ staff trying to get answers from Dr about medications were very informal, unhelpful and took days to get a response. Spoke w/ the Practice manager to get my medication refills sent in.

Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable even though I am not one to enjoy a doctor's visit.

Dr.Brown seemed very aware of my health background and current condition. The doctor was easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with.

I expect in the very near future, I expect to be contacted to set up an appointment at a Dalton medical office regarding a closer look at my osteoporosis. This has been taken an inordinate amount of time to implement, perhaps because of my recent hospitalization. I hope to hear from Dr. Brown's office this coming week.

Love the convenience of this office. Really like my doctor. I have concerns pertaining to turnover of other help, such as lab text, front desk help. These all seem to be different people every time I go, which is 2 times a year.
