It was a wellness check.

Care provider could have prescribed medication to assist with the symptoms after the visit. I was expected to quarantine yet purchase OTC medication to treat my own symptoms.

I was told that a culture would be sent out and I would get a referral to a urologist. It has been 8 days and there has been NO follow up on anything. I am still having symptoms and don't feel well.

Dr. Staubs is the best doctor I've ever had. She actually saved my husband's life during the pandemic. I wish she could stay at the Ringgold office because it's so close to where we live. I hope you value the knowledge and compassion she has for us, your patients. I'm not sure what doctor we'll land with if she leaves, but it probably won't be at Hamilton because we will no longer trust you.

Thankful Covid was quickly diagnosed and treated. Still recovering.

I was told they were ordering a CT scan bc of continuous fluid in my ear & complications for over 3 months after 3 rounds of antibiotics and steroids. I have still not been contacted and it has been 3 weeks tomorrow
