In support of breast cancer awareness, Hamilton Medical Center is holding a Great Minds Pink Alike storefront contest in downtown Dalton through Oct. 13. The contest was held for the first time last year.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and downtown businesses have decorated their storefronts with a breast cancer awareness theme.

There are two awards in the contest: Judges’ Choice and People’s Choice. Each storefront will be showcased at hamiltonhealth.com/pink and Hamilton’s Facebook page. Community members can vote for their favorite storefront by Oct. 13 at hamiltonhealth.com/pink and have a chance to win a $50 Chamber Check by participating.

Storefront contest winners, storefront and vote participant, will be announced at a Pink Day Celebration at Dalton Green on Friday, Oct. 13 between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
