Hamilton Health Care System recently presented awards to associates for acts that exceeded performance expectations.
Heart of Hamilton Award recipients were Sally Bates, phlebotomist; Brooke Norris, RN; Terresa Adams, LPN; Rachel Ogle, marketing outreach manager; Kim Abernathy, RN; Cheryl Baird, RN; Brittany Black, nursing tech; Michelle Walraven, patient experience specialist; Laquentin Taylor, tech; Karyn Rizer, sports performance trainer; Stephanie Waldrop, transcriptionist; and Dale Roy, Public Safety officer.
The Heart of Hamilton Award is provided as a way to recognize Hamilton associates or volunteers for actions that truly demonstrate the “Heart of Hamilton” (serving with compassion through professionalism, respect, integrity, diligence and excellence).
Hamilton associates and volunteers can be nominated for the Heart of Hamilton Award ONLINE or at one the recognition boxes located around the system.
“The over-the-top actions of these associates are great to hear about,” said Jason Hopkins, Human Resources director. “Their excellent service is truly appreciated.”
