Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (AD & D)

AD&D is covered at an amount that equals two and a half times your base annual salary for active full-time associates; flat $10,000 for part-time associates working at least twenty (20) hours per week. It also pays a benefit for certain serious injuries. No cost to associate.
