Basic Life Insurance
Hamilton provides basic Term Life Insurance that equals two and a half times your base annual salary for active full-time associates; flat $10,000 for part-time associates working at least twenty (20) hours per week. This plan becomes effective on the first day of the month following sixty (60) days of employment. No cost to associate.

Dependent Life Insurance
Dependent Life Insurance is offered for $1.61 per month. This covers each dependent at $7,500.
