Hamilton Club

Members who contribute $120 or more to the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation are honored as Hamilton club members.

• Hamilton Club members are recognized at the following giving levels:
  • Diamond:  $5,000+/year
  • Platinum:  $1200-4999/ year
  • Gold:  $600-1199/ year
  • Silver:  $300-599/year
  • Bronze:  $120-299/year
  • Note: An annual gift of $2,000 or more as part of a 5-year, $10,000 pledge qualifies the donor as a Westcott Fellow.

Westcott Fellow

Members who pledge a gift of $10,000 to the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation are honored as Westcott Fellows.

Several payment options are available:

• A single gift of $10,000 in the form of cash or securities
• A gift of $2,000 or more per year for up to 5 years until a total gift of $10,000 is met
• Note: Upon fulfillment of a Westcott Fellowship pledge, an individual may advance to the Westcott Fellowship of Distinction with a $15,000 single gift or $15,000 pledge that is payable over a five year period.

Westcott Fellow of Distinction

Members who pledge a gift of $25,000 to the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation are honored as Westcott Fellows of Distinction.

Several payment options are available:

• A single gift of $25,000 in the form of cash or securities
• A gift of $5,000 per year for five years
• A gift of $5,000 or more per year for up to 5 years until a total gift of $25,000 is met

Hamilton Business Alliance

A Hamilton Business Alliance member is any business which pledges a minimum gift of $2500 payable to the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation. Pledges may be paid over a five-year period.

Special recognition is provided to businesses for gifts at the following levels: 

* Benefactor        $150,000+

The special designation of Benefactor is given to businesses who reach a total cumulative gift of $150,000 or more. 

* Sponsor        $25,000

* Leader          $10,000

* Patron           $5,000

* Member        $2,500
